“We had the privilege of attending Epworth before the digital world but not without the curiosity to learn. Some of the vital lessons gained from science experiments and debating competitions, I still quote in my working life such as “Statistics don’t lie but liars use statistics” – from a Science debate in Standard 9!
Epworth gave us a foundation from which we learnt to challenge ourselves, grow and try new things. We have lived in multiple countries and have found our ability to adapt to changing circumstances that started with adapting to boarding school, something that remains to this day. The friendships we made have also stood the test of time with most of us still sharing our lives closely as true extended family, retained and expanded.”
